Origami Bracelet

Origami BraceletThis paper bracelet takes a very short time of yours to be made. Also they provide for great instant accessories for a casual outfit.

Things you will need to prepare: A square piece of paper; 6” for smaller wrists while 8” for larger, clear tape

Procedure:
Use scrapbook paper for cool patterns and textures.
The bracelet requires a square sheet of paper as mentioned earlier and so even rectangular sheet will not work for it. The paper should have cool and elegant patterns and textures.
Fold up part of the way for stripes, for a solid bracelet.
Now turn the paper to make the wrong-side upwards to fold it. Fold in half and then upwards to make stripes on the bracelet. However, if you don't want stripes, then you can fold the corner all the way to the top.
Fold it over again, this time undulating up the bottom. In order to prevent twisted creases, press down on the centre of the fold, and then smooth it out to the edges.
Continue folding up until the bracelet is in a strip.
Keep folding up and flattening the paper until it has been folded all the way to the top. It should look similar to the photo, here.
Tape the middle of the bracelet where the corner is.
Wrap a piece of clear scotch tape around the middle of the bracelet. If you want your bracelet to last longer, you can wrap the whole thing in tape, just like you did the middle.
Insert in the ends of the bracelet, adjust as needed.
Tuck one pointed end of the bracelet into one of the niches on the other side. It should stay the same while you wear it, but you can certainly add a small piece of tape if it keeps coming loose.
