  • Certain food items also elicit acne so monitor your diet keenly. Bring dietary changes that may include lessening or eliminating fat and sugar intake. Keep away from oily and fried foods. Any food item that can trigger the development of bacteria should be abolished from your diet. Also make it a habit that you eat healthy foods and thereby not get pestered by these zits.
  • Your body needs adequate sleep after being exhausted. So, inadequate sleep will definitely contribute to growth of your acne. Sleep well and let the acne sleep too permanently! Also take care you do not go to bed with makeup on. Take off the makeup and then sleep to assure your action does not stimulate acne break-outs.
  • Thus, in order to be fully fortified in the complex battle against acne, there is no better weapon than a healthy lifestyle. Adopt a healthy lifestyle and bid adieu to these monsters.
