- This must be followed by the second three day slot which will comprise of low intensity exercises like walking.
- The remaining one day should be an off day.
- An average high intensity exercise session should result in the burning of about 300 to 350 calories. Anything less should be improved on. A good indication of the amount of hard work that you are putting in would be the amount of sweat your body is giving out. If you are sweating profusely then it can be said that you’re working hard.
- Weight training is also an essential part of exercise because it helps in the development of your body muscles. The mere presence of your muscles results in the burning of calories.
- It is very essential to stretch before you exercise because stiff muscles can lead to injuries.
